Eleni Chavredaki joined IG in October 2023 and heads up the Maritime Carbon Solutions (MCS) platform post fixture operations for internal & external stakeholders. As part of IG’s Sustainability team, Eleni also advises shipping clients meet their green transition goals and objectives.
Eleni graduated from University of Bath with a degree in "Management" and has worked in various marketing and events planning roles. Her previous position as Junior Broker on the Dry segment encouraged her to embrace her shipping background and further her studies in Shipping.
Eleni has a Master’s in "Shipping, Trade & Finance" at Bayes Business School (formerly CASS), which allowed her to discover her true passion and steer her career towards Shipping & Climate.
