Since 2010, Adam Kapella works as a senior civil servant with a diversified experience in public affairs : he was in charge of the flag’s competitiveness (fiscal and financial issues) in maritime affairs, he deepened his knowledge through various sustainable development policies (transports, smart cities, energy strategies) with an international experience (bilateral and European levels). Since January 2023, he joined BV M&O as its director for EU and IMO affairs and regulatory watch: he leads BV M&O’s delegation which participates into IMO committees.
